These things are:-Lowering rates DRASTICALLY (dates in the near future are less than 50% of our normal rate)-Advertising on Furnished Finder to try to house traveling nurses-Advertising for longer term rentals (1 to 3 Months)-Communicating with landlords about Rent deferment or reduction (How have you attempted to do this?)

If they don't at least pay it out now, they WILL face eviction eventually, and they DON'T want that on their credit.We can communicate our expectations and be patient in working things out in mutual good faith.

There is also typically access laws regarding rentals, meaning you as LL cannot just walk through a house you have a tenant in unannounced and outside of emergency issues, and this extends to people you invite onto the property, i.e. contractors or in this case Airbnb guests.If it is not illegal, then it just becomes clearly communicating with potential tenants and Airbnb guests, so the Airbnb guests are not trying to walk into the front door of the LTR.
