Everything takes longer than anticipated and ends up costing more than you budgeted (imagine that!)

I have little faith in small towns like The Colony being quick to change zoning, but the large projects going on there right now (Nebraska Furniture Mart, widening of Main St, Toyota hq anticipation) might be encouraging a different outlook regarding city planning. 

I hope to gain similar knowledge from the site, and hopefully I’ll be cash flowing from my rental properties sometime next year :)Looking forward to meeting and interacting with you all!

Today was the first day I didn't wear an N95 mask in the house and I'm fine.  2 other times I've come home with a sore throat immediately after visiting the house without a mask.I just put the carbon filter in tonight so I anticipate the musty smell to be noticeably improved tomorrow and the next day.
