Hello everyone,

My name is Jonathan and I’m new to Bigger Pockets. I’m very excited about what the site has to offer, and look forward to participating in the forums. Below is a little bit about myself.

I’m a CPA in Los Angeles, CA. Currently, I working as an Accounting Manager for a well-established Property Management / Private Equity company. I joined the company because of my interests in real estate, and I’m loving every minute. I don’t won my current residence and don’t have any investment properties, but I’m hoping to invest in 2017. I’m willing to entertain opportunities outside of California and willing to invest in multi-unit or single family homes.

I learned about Bigger Pockets from a colleague at my previous employer. He was able to get some great advice about a few locations outside of California that had low single family home prices and a strong economy. Since then, he has purchased a few rental properties and is collecting steady cash flow. I hope to gain similar knowledge from the site, and hopefully I’ll be cash flowing from my rental properties sometime next year :)

Looking forward to meeting and interacting with you all!
