Are their living habits to your liking or not?

I travel all over the world with all expenses paid on top of that pay, that rate also includes any editing time I spend as well once I am back home.The main reason for the move is that I am from the Danville San Ramon California area where there are very nice people that are into fitness, everything there is clean and people with bad habits or criminals can't afford to live anywhere near that area.We found an area just like it in Texas with people even more friendly, the place is more beautiful than in Danville, its much bigger and the homes are half the price of Danville.

And Chris Mason - great info on the B/bugs, and I absolutely agree - having the tenant "in your court" is vital!

You might be able to set up to record payments automatically, I haven't checked since I like to keep track of tenants' payment habits...

Do you have enough income to qualify owning the property on your income - not considering any rental income from your co-habitants?

Actions become habits, habits become the norm.  

This makes is very difficult to develop that vital solid network or "dream team," for many seasoned investors will not take me seriously due to me being a 19 year old woman. 

The trailer needs some rehab but, can probably be habitable.  

I believe that appraiser's, at least in California, are supposed to be within 5% of each other as a standard...I've found that's rarely the case, but you wouldn't know it unless you got in the habit of spending that extra money on an appraisal of your own.
