Can you guys please make specific suggestions on what areas/neighborhoods/school districts/etc should I be targeting in the FLORIDA market?

Also, what everyone forgets about on BP, is what you are buying it for (schools, kids, family, etc.) all get factored into primary residence purchases.

Harvard has an extension program that offers some classes that seem like they would be valuable, as well as some other State schools.  

When I got out of school, I saved until I was ready to buy my first property.

I'm originally from Riverside and never really explored REI until I moved to GA and graduated college but part of the reason I never moved home after school was the cost of living lol.

Because the township and county tax year just ended a few weeks ago (and they are the generally much lower amounts in the area I'm marketing to as opposed to the school tax amounts), I'm running into very small amounts......like $10-$50.

Agreed that they provide useful info on schools, crime, etc but is it really helpful in making a decision?

Currently I operate 4 condos, 3 single families, and a 3 unit around a school.

Madison is on my list because of the schools.

Our property is in a good school district and a decent neighborhood, so I believe we can attract quality tenants otherwise.We've considered the idea of putting of fencing down the middle of the back yard or something similar.
