Real Estate Education through a university

Hi all! I'm currently living out of the US but returning in the summer, to add another house to the one rental we currently own. (And hopefully another by the end of 2017).  I am smart enough to know there is so much I don't know about real estate and investing, obviously you learn as you go but I have six months to learn through formal education before diving in, so I'm wondering about classes you've taken.  Harvard has an extension program that offers some classes that seem like they would be valuable, as well as some other State schools.  I'm not interested in obtaining a certificate for a certificate's sake, but to learn everything I can now to better prepare for the future. Thoughts?  Anyone taken any classes before or have book suggestions, other than all by Bigger Pockets, which I love? Thank you!
