I'm not a lender, but it seems when the powers that be magically increase the interest rates- for a lender- that's just extra money without an increase in the deal or lender risk.

I would say that a 1.20x DSCR ratio minimum for BRRRR is a bit high - plenty of options out there that wouldn't require such a hurdle

@Layton Wyatt there are several software options that are free for landlords, but be forewarned, they make their money by charging your tenants.We know one that charges tenants $3.95 to pay online!
