Richmond Indiana info please
Wondering if anyone here has experience with investment properties in Richmond IN. Population looks stable, crime rate is good, it had colleges and some tourism, close to major cities. Looking for perspective from someone with experience in this area. How is the rental market? Strong? Not so great? Any pro/cons about Richmond you can share?

I would say Richmond is similar to Dayton OH. Has one major population driver but really is a stagnant town. I try to invest in major cities with many economic drivers like Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinatti.
