The agent looked very nervous and I said to her lets go you would just be wasting your time trying to sell this house, and I know you would  give it your best effort to sell it but any owner on this street would be happy to sell their house today for 25 percent less then these folks want.

Cold calling or what I called Bold calling because I about had a nervous break down when I was supposed to use the phone to call someone I didn't know.

I've done 2 deal in 6 months and I still get nervous returning calls - no one likes rejection.
