New Wholesaler in Bucks County

Hello!

My name is Stephanie and I'm from Bucks County, PA (outside of Philly area). I am new to Bigger Pockets, the real estate world, and wholesaling all together. So, with that, I am going to ease into Bigger Pockets and check out the scene :). Just from reading the content at Bigger Pockets and watching videos, I'm excited to see where these opportunities will take me. 

I am a bit nervous, but excited, so any and all advice/encouragement, on the beginning stages of wholesaling, is very much appreciated!
