Newbie Wholesaler in DFW Area

Hello Everyone, 

I am a newbie to wholesaling in the DFW area. My partner and I have been studying up on wholesaling for over a year now and ready to get our feet wet. We have attended seminars and purchased a wonderful wholesaling program. I feel our knowledge is good enough to get the ball rolling. We are a bit nervous since it will be our first time to actually wholesale a house. We are looking to network with others in the DFW area. We look forward to meeting like minded people that we can share our knowledge with and they share theirs. We hope to meet people we can build relationships with. We are open minded to splitting our profits 50/50 with other wholesalers who work on a deal with us. We are in the process of obtaining our LLC in the next few weeks. Looking forward to a profitable year.
