To scared to make a call

Hi. I am writing this post in hopes of it helping me analyze my own fears. I am an active duty military member looking down the barrel of a medical separation. This is scaring me out of my mind. I have known that I would be getting separated for a while and have actively been trying to gain traction as a RE wholesaler. I have been sending direct mail and talking to my returns for about 4 months now. During these 4 months I have only come close to closing 1 deal. Something is happening inside my head recently and I am unable to pick up the phone and call my leads back. Even thinking about calling while I am writing this is making my head spin and my stomach flip. I didn't even have this type of feeling when I made my first call. I have the technical expertise to get a job outside the military and still support me and my wife. That being said living a militaristic life style for 7 years I don't want to be an employee. I just don't know what to do. How do I get over this paralisis? If anyone else has been frozen in place while being a REI, please share with me so I can fight back this dread and move on and gain traction. Thanks in advance.

@Kenneth Z.

OMG... Really... Its a frigging telephone. The only way it can hurt you is if someone hit you with it... And you in the military...

You should be more afraid of what happens if you don't pick the telephone up.. Think of that failure...

Until the pain of change is outweighed by the pain of not changing you wont change. It sounds like you dont want to be successful which is fine, success isnt meant for everyone...

Are you pisseed off yet????? If so go KILL a call... If not I try harder...
