This is my first complex and first time having a vacancy so I’m just a little nervous about what price to charge and how long it will take me to acquire a tenant that is willing to pay it. if there’s anyone in the Baton Rouge area that can kind of help me, please respond.

I have a good team helping me, I have a good system, I’m confident in my ability to talk to sellers because I’m a real estate agent and just am nervous that I should be trying to reach more people.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous before pulling the trigger, but doing a solid market analysis will give you more confidence in your decision.

And for those thinking about jumping into hosting in 2025, with Airbnb's stock jumping 14% pre-market, is this the signal you've been waiting for, or does all this platform tinkering make you nervous?

It's our first, so a little nervous.

I am set to close on it in about two weeks and am slightly nervous about finding a tenant in a good amount of time, given that there are a lot of similar new constructions in the same community that are up for rent but have been sitting on the market for 30-70+ days. 

I'm new to the real estate investment game and I'm a bit nervous about dipping my toes into unknown waters. 

Excited, and honestly a really nervous, to be diving into the flipping business!

If you can find an investment that pays for itself, you won't be so nervous about investing.I also recommend you educate yourself on how to manage well.
