I'd like to start in the GTA area (if possible buy a duplex to live in 1 part and rent out the other) and branch out to other areas in Ontario, as i gain more experience, and partnerships with like minded people.I'd like to add that BiggerPockets is a great site filled with a wealth of information, and i am anxious to consume as much as possible.

If you send out enough offers (like we do) it's not hard to uncover folks that are ready to sell.Sure a lot more goes into it, but that's the gist.Hope that helps!

Non of the move-in ready ones are going to be killer deals, but you can cover your mortgage with rents, put some away for expenses, and build equity while you live free, but I wouldn't go in expecting too much cash flow.
