New Fort Worth Flipper / Wholesaler - Tips?

Hey!

I am getting back into flipping. I turned properties in Dallas County for 2 years back in the glory days (2010-2011) and have since relocated to Tarrant County.

Just looking for tips related to flipping in the area and any information about wholesaling as this will be my first venture into that. I am getting ready to start a small-ish marketing campaign and would REALLY REALLY appreciate and tips or words of advice.

Thanks,

-ryan
