Some people choose to purchase all rentals with cash and some choose to leverage as much as they can.

I have seen one of their promotional videos which is full of the same guru bunk I see elsewhere.

I would recommend before you start to put time or money into any project you should first make sure you are educated in which path you are choosing and make sure that there is a goal / reason for that path.

Watch a ton of youtube videos and just start doing something.
