It’s never too late to start something over. If you not happy with yesterday, try something different today. Don’t stay stuck. Do better!

I have a lot information but I still stuck in how or where to start. I want to buy a 4 unit property. One of the unit for myself and rent out 3 of them. Should I get a loan from a bank or should I get a private lender? What I should do?
