I'd like to have a couple of 2-4plexes, 1-2 small homes to use as  Airbnb's near the Russian River area, an ADU in the backyard of the exiting house, land to create a Tiny Home Village and a new house for myself and my family. 

Should I create the LLC and use the Tax ID to open the bank account or just open it under my name for the purpose of the property?

My wife and I are making the leap into real estate investing but obviously we have questions. 1) Currently, to obtain funds for investing would it be more effective to create a LLC business or try to raise funds as an individual?

Hi, everyone , I'm trying to pursue Real Estate Wholesaling and I've tried the basics. I cant seem to get it off the ground. I want to make at least 2 deals per month. Any advice.

I looked at the place and believe that I can sublet it for $700, creating a  $40 cash flow with no money down (so technically infinite returns).
