My name is RJ Browning and I'm looking to begin wholesaling in South Georgia. ( Tifton Valdosta Moultrie Albany Thomasville and surrounding areas ) I have done a few deals in the past and actually,on my first deal, made just a little under 8k on a Simultaneous closing by creating and selling a discounted note. After that I took on a Fix and Flip with a partner and got "bogged down" and pretty much broke even after nearly a year of work. That caused me to step away and rejoin the "Rat Race". The entrepreneur spirit just won't all me to give up though. What I'm really looking for is someone to JV with on a few wholesale deals to help get my confidence up and get things rolling.
