How can I rent out my backyard, center city Philadelphia

Anyone have any ideas on how I can rent my backyard out in Center City Philadelphia?  It's alley access since a row home, but on the end so convenient,  but a car couldn't get to the back.  I'm willing to build something or buy something that people could rent from me, any ideas are welcome!
