Setting up an IRA/LLC in Henderson, Nv

I live in Henderson Nv and I want to form a self directed IRA/LLC for the purposes of purchasing a business, and possibly real estate. Does anyone know how long this process takes? Should I form the IRA/LLC first before I make an offer on a business or property, or is there enough time after making an offer on the property to setup the IRA/LLC structure usually? I have no experience in forming a business structure of any kind, so I called up a business consulting company that's highly rated by Yelp critics for assistance, and they told me it would cost around $4000 to setup the IRA/LLC. Does anyone know if this amount is typical. I was expecting more in the $1500 range. If anyone knows of a cheaper alternative here in Henderson or Las Vegas, I'm interested.

@Robert Sutherland

An IRA cannot invest in an LLC for purchasing a business. If you are seeking to invest your retirement funds in your own business, you will need to look into the ROBS 401k (also knows as business financing 401k).
