Why should they give their money to a brand new first time investor over another with even just one property of experience?

Good evening everyone, I am brand new to the site, forum, and line of work.

We immediately started tearing it apart, updating the kitchen, adding molding to the ceiling and floor, new siding and paint, new carpet, sprinkler system/new yard, and brand new appliances all on credit cards between the 3 of us.

The whole apartment was damaged, walls damaged, they had ripped out brand new cabinets, painted the appliances, broken doors , I mean I can’t even explain how bad it was .

If you and your partner can establish yourself as a reputable brand investors would be more inclined to work with you. 

In what is already becoming a hyper-competitive market, Columbus is welcoming some of the biggest tech corporations and other major brands and is retaining its talent.

I am brand new to the game.

My challenge above is based on the fact that I don't necessarily want to announce to my connections that I'm a brand new agent but also be able to keep/leverage my existing connections.   

Is this a brand NEW building ground up or an older building with a retrofit?
