Newbie to investing and Real Estate (Active Duty Army)

Good evening everyone, I am brand new to the site, forum, and line of work. Looking to learn as much as possible before buying my first property. Been active duty army for almost 10 years, stationed In North Carolina. Friends have been telling me for months to hop onto BP, and here I am.
