I think that average sized homes 3 bed 2 bath in some parts of King County are definitely cooling off (Federal Way, Lake City, etc..).

Also, set up keyword alerts for the cities.

Rest of the city is there just to make money with. 

In my market (Salt Lake City) the price range for a decent Fourplex is 400-600k and rarely do any of the listings on the MLS even cover PITI with a 20% down payment. 

@Rob Denn Hi Rob, what you mentioned is exactly the reason why Airbnb is being banned in multiple cities.
