Rehab GC Looking to Connect and Network

Hey everyone, we're a DFW "rehab only" GC looking to connect with investors and subs in the Dallas side of the world. We're typically in Fort Worth and surrounding but would like to network and build some relationships in the Dallas area. And for the wholesalers out there, we unfortunately turn clients away from many deals because they're too tight (even with our lower end pricing). That rubs some people the wrong way but we're investors too, so we fully understand the business and what it takes to make deals work. We're always looking for new relationships with flip investors, hold investors, realtors, wholesalers, and subs... so reach out!

Try looking in the Events section at the top of page, go to network, and do a search for your area. Also, set up keyword alerts for the cities. I'm sure there's probably a BP Meetup there. Good luck
