In the future, for larger claims, you should engage the services of a LICENSED public adjuster to represent you, which will then allow you to shop out the contractor of your choice to do the work and makes that work independent of the insurance claim amount.

Independent Contractor Agreement for BSOW Drivers

We have taken some action and have a direct mail campaign set up already and right now we are in the middle of launching our Bandit Sign On Wheels program but I want to make sure that we have an independent contractor agreement established for our drivers to read acknowledge and sign prior to us installing a decal on their vehicle.
