Yes, 2/3 of our first out of state properties were through a turnkey company.

1,050 rents on 102.5K (around 30K cash invested)

1850 rents on 137K (around 45K cash invested, with 10K in cap ex looming)

What do you mean when you say you have no other option than going turn key?
