I just passed my Real Estate Exam, and now its time to choose which brokerage I will work under for my first year of supervision.

Any recommendations on who to and not to sign with?

Also, was there a significant difference from working for a small brokerage compared to Keller Williams?

I am currently leaning towards Keller Williams due to they’re training reputation.

There are considerable differences between small brokerages and KW. Mainly, the training, office culture and family atmosphere. KW and other big-named brokerages also have more tech systems in place to increase exposure and productivity.
