One analysis you could do is a combined return analysis.. what would your return on capital be if you went with 15YR financing, vs. going with 30YR and picking up that additional rental property (which will have return associated with it as well)?

Say if I put 30% down, my monthly mortgage (rough estimate) is probably about $1300 per month, add another $800 (low estimate) for condo fees and ppty tax combined, that will be just about enough for me to break even at market rent of $2200 for studios.

In the last six months I have probably signed at least 4-5 deals from CL.I run a combination of different ads.Some are simple we buy house ads and some are click-able text link ads to my website and some are click-able image ads and some are a combo of both text and click-able content.I generally split my posting equally between FSBO and real estate services sections, though I have read somewhere that the services section is supposedly more effective.
