I have units without washer and dryer and they rent fine but I found myself showing to people who really wanted the washer dryer way too often so I do put that in the ad and review it again on talking to them.   

Washer/dryers are often abused, so there's the initial cost of purchase and the risk of increased repairs.

The 110v dryer is rare.

In my experience stoves and refrigerators have WAY less issues than washers, dryers, and probably dishwashers. 3.

A family needs a washer and dryer in the house, if you don't add I think you'll take a hit on rent and take longer when there's a vacancy. 

I'd personally say pulling your water heater out and replacing with a wall mount on demand one, would be worth the cost to have in unit washer dryer if you are staying there or renting it, it would be worth it.its always worth doing the big stuff well and correct even if you are cleaning up after someone, the long term hold always prevails, its just a little frustrating front sometimes, but hang in there!

Property comes with amenities such as swimming pool, outdoor grills, playground structure and each unit has washer/dryer connections.

I just bought a new-build townhouse in Nov 2024 that included a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, HVAC, etc. for $240k.

Purchase price: $5,000,000 Cash invested: $1,450,000 Complete combination and gut of two lofts side by side resulting in a 4,000 square foot home.

-They failed to realize the property had washer/dryer hookups.
