places where condos cash flow ??
Was just talking to Brian about this topic, thought I would start a new thread.
Anyone has advice on places where condos cash flow well and may perhaps satisfy the 50% / 2% rule?

Our modificaiton to the 2% rule that sets our target upper price limit is simply (expected rent - HOA fees) / 0.02 = upper price limit. So, for a $700 condo with $150 HOA fees, the price limit would be about $27,500. THis was feasible in my area in 2010-2012, but not sure about now (we aren't adding to this part (condo part) of the portfolio).
