Cleaning up the property will be expensive, adding driveways, leveling the ground, adding sod, and adding a fence, comes to about $11K.

At a minimum, all units need to have paint touch up, cleaning, inspection of systems, etc.

Has well and septic, electricity runs to lot and there are a ton of mobile homes in area and I see most are running off propane.
