I am analyzing a deal for Multifamily around the Tyler St PlantCity FL area. I look forward to get your input on the following questions. 

  • What type of a Neighborhood would this be? B, C or D class? 
  • What kind of vacancy rates can I expect in this area? 
  • On average what kind of Fixed expenses am i looking at for Water, Sewere, Electricity and garbage. 
  • What is the average cap rate for this area?
