I am very new to this site. I work a full time job and own a carpet cleaning business. Looking to dive into real estate now. I have decided multifamily is my way. I will provide value to everyone.

Hello and welcome to BP!  You can do this as 70 years old.  Your health can get you anywhere and anything.  I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.  Knowledge of your chosen market and the locations you choose the better you will be and the more money you will make.  Just be patient and consistent.  Always do the numbers and make sure the numbers are real and do not forget about anything.  If you are going to be financing get a pre-approval letter that you can send a copy of it with your offers.  If you have to borrow money the more important that you submitt early because the one paying cash might beat your closing time and get the deal.

I did graduate from college with a business degree that emphasized in real estate.  That same year, 1980' I got a broker license.  My father has been a broker for about 40 years and he has taught me a little bit.  Even though I had a license for about 30 years I was never an investor.  I was in construction since I was 17.  If you think I might help you please contact me through BP and you can reach me at any time.  Good luck!
