Edmond, Oklahoma Tree Service looking for properties to maintain

I am the owner of a Tree service company in Oklahoma  we have done jobs from storm clean up and cosmetic repair jobs to trees on properties for landlords to residential work to a community center beautification for the Chickasaw Tribe. How do I get in touch with the right people with whom i can talk about how most real estate agents or property management companies contract? Should I just call all of them? Just go in and ask to speak with them? or email? i dont want to annoy them but i want to work with people who are more timeline oriented and like fast turnover rates. we get in do the job great and dont waste time.
