We get a lot of Cali investors for low property taxes, favorable landlord/tenant laws, no state income tax, stable population growth, job growth, tech growth, world class Lake Tahoe close by, and that we're a short flight/drive away from most of CA. 

I did speak with one this morning and was told the something I have been told previously.  

As you may know it is in the regular flight path.

There's a good one I used to attend Tuesday Mornings 8AM in Matthews at Jonathans Restaurant.

Consider if a modified schedule would work (like Tue-Thurs in the new town), or if you could drive there and back Mon morn and Fri afternoon...not for long term, but just long enough to keep the occupancy a few months longer.  

He does this in extremely busy cities where flights get delayed and people suddenly need a place to stay, and often check Facebook for recommendations. 

. , so when you're selecting a market, think about the logistic factors of getting there, being able to take a direct non-stop flight two hours from your home to get to a market is a lot easier than having to take three flights that take nine hours to get to.

In my area, they normally pay at the last minute, even the morning of the sale.Never seen a nice house with a big mortgage actually go thru with tax sale.Could happen.Who is the lender?
