Local Newbie Seeking Knowledge

Franklyn Benjamin

Good Morning,

I'm new to active Bigger Pockets community. I am hoping to like many others build up a good retirement through real estate and are looking for opportunities to learn good practices, soft skills and gain confidence and build repeatable systems that can scale.  Let me know if you have any advice, S.O.Ps that I should have or books/resources I should devour or implement.

Attend local seminars, workshops, and webinars to expand knowledge and network with other investors. Network with experienced investors, real estate agents, lenders, and contractors at local events.

Draft Standard Operating Procedures to advise on decisions concerning investments in addition to actions. Outline a business plan, put up investment criteria, creating financial system and invent property management practices. Realize efficiency and growth by use of technology; form a group that operates together with monitoring this sectors progress over time. Patience, continuity in studying and persistence are essential in real estate investments.
