I recently made the decision alongside my significant other to sublet our 1 bedroom apartment in the Bronx to take advantage of a studio apartment that became available to us for an extremely cheap price.

I could argue this short hiccup in the economy is what many investors needed for a refresher to strap down any loose ends and to get ready for the next big surge in demand.

It's funny that the article calls it a "race to the bottom" because I always thought, at this scale, a minor hiccup would catch these companies with their pants down.

You can definitely do it alongside college.

I read great reviews on these people online as well so I am tempted to work alongside them...But before I even consider it I would like someone else's input on this?
