Out of State Investing in Detroit
Hey guys! I have been researching the Detroit area for BRRRR properties. I listened to the BP Podcast with Ashley Hamilton and was definitely intrigued. She seems like a great person who really has everything under control there as far as managing rental properties from acquisition to rehabs to management, etc. That being said, has anyone worked with her? How was the process from acquiring deals, property management, rehab, vacancies, evictions, etc..? Did everything go as planned or were there any hiccups in the process?
