I personally would move all crypto off any exchange and into a cold wallet for the time being.

You'll be fine unless you want a job in real estate (like being an agent) that requires heavy outreach, cold calls, or interaction with others.

Makes it easier if you have certain apps to log the houses you see, so you can get quick intel, skip trace, cold call etc.Social media - Very saturated but if you spend 99% of your day scrolling like most people do why not scroll for dollars too.Door knocking is the ultimate hustle if you're up for it.Those are the cheapest ways to go about it. 

Everyone knows how hard it is to convince someone through cold-calling that you aren't wasting their time.

A broken furnace or freezing pipes are doubly daunting when you're dealing with cold or snow.
