Getting in touch with other investors

Johnna Dean
Posted

Hi, My name is Johnna. I am currently two years into my investment journey and have had tremendous success thus far in my investments and fix n flip journey in Kansas City. I am a licensed GC, real estate agent, and own a custom home business. I am wanting to expand my business into property and project management as well but how do I contact other investors about partnering and expanding without sounding like I am cold calling? What would you recommend? I am running into the problem that most investors already have their teams built.

Host of the biggest and longest meeting real estate investor association in the Kansas City Metro, kinda not a Meetup - we have meetings but we have so much more.

Join us on April 9th for our Next Meeting - find out what investors miss on inspections - our working title Don't Get Screwed by Missed Inspection Items on your Next Investment.

Our guest speaker is @Adam Pontier a certified inspector with 1000s of inspections and also an Investor.  Learn what you don't know.

And we have some of the best networking hours in the city with 80 to 100 investors each and every month - since 2004.  Often Imitated, Never Duplicated join us at MAREI.

First meeting is FREE, just register for you guest pass, let me know that I invited you or Alex.

And you can quite often find a group connecting in the bar after from 9 to 11, they have massive burgers, you have to check them out too!.
