I have been investing in the Pflugerville/Round Rock and East of the airport.

Those are just some options of cheaper markets and all have airports to fly into to make an easier commute.

im familiar w the area near the airport, actually i always noticed those on greens and was curious who is living in those areas but i assume its just people who work at the airport or around there, it sounds like a lot of doors and a lot of work, excellent find!  

Best of all, check towards the airport or past the air a bit.

The airport I guess makes this one the easiest location for you to deal with.
