And they dont want me to pay for the lawyer either, because they are possibly very wary that I might do something to steal their house, or they think that the money spent on a lawyer is money that they could get.So basically, is there a lawyer on here who can tell me the essentials of what a quitclaim deed is, who is the grantor and who is the grantee, if both people owned the house and one is just relinquishing rights in the property?

Because we spent money up front in good faith to make the building work for the banks with no expectation we would get it back the seller stuck with us and ultimately we were able to negotiate a private note to finance the building.

You are probably better just negotiating with a plumbing supply company or big box store.

@Shaun TroyerLife estate could be an out of the box option, too.If you want something more standard, just a simple lease back would work after purchasing.
