What to Do with My Cash Flow?

Hey Everyone! I’ve been a BP forum stalker for a while, and finally pulled the trigger and am about to close on my first rental property. I plan on reinvesting my Cash Flow back into more properties as I accumulate $$. One thing I don’t see many people talk about is what to do with your profits while you wait for your next deal. I enjoy investing in the Stock market as well, but my plan is to keep my Real Estate assets separate from my personal assets.

Do people generally keep it in a Savings account for years? It doesn’t seem like the best idea from an investment standpoint, but there really aren’t many people talking about this, so I would love to get everyone’s thoughts.
