Best way to buy a house and let the seller keep living there.
So my neighbor lady is older and can't maintain her property so it's starting to fall apart. I am trying to figure out the best way to buy her house but also let her keep living there. But I need to make a good coc return as well to keep my investing flowing.Any ideas?

Does she have a mortgage? If not, I’d approach her with seller financing. 0 money down with infinite returns so there’s no cash in the property. Sounds like a dream!
