I would give them every opportunity to collect them, but once proper notice has been provided and you need to move forward, I would clear it with an attorney in your area, but it seems like it would be considered yours at this point.

If it was a service dog, it would be properly trained and this is clearly not the case.You can also state that the sellers found out a dog was in the property and they don't want it coming in again (as an owner, what if they had allergies or a cat on the property??).
