It does not matter to me one bit if they are working in this market or elsewhere in the country, I simply want to learn and be exposed to the highs and lows of the business.

I totally agree with your thoughts on the office!

I am sure things like this happen everyday but again there are higher standards you agree to once you become a Realtor. 

Commissions are negotiable so whatever is agreed upon.

You're partners have to agree on the acquisition fee.
