Wholesaling to your own fund that you have with an investor
I have 2 separate partnerships. One is a buy and hold partnership that we buy and rehab long term rentals. The second partnership is for flipping using all the investors money. I find the deals and rehab them and the investor funds them. The first one is a 60-40 partnership and I bought into the fund.
My question is- since I find the deals, should I wholesale these deals to either of these funds or does that not make any sense?
