for sale by owner
Hi All,
I'm a new investor and I'm putting a rehabbed home on the market. I'm doing this one by owner because I want experience in every part of a flip, and as I get more established will probably use a realtor.
My question is for those that have done by owner. Did you work with the buyers realtor? If so,
how much did you pay them? Do buyers realtors disclose they are realtors when they bring an offer?
Any other experiences you've had, I would love to hear.
