Now I have some projects and I know what I want it to look like but I need an expert that will show me how to knock down the right walls and use the right cabinets etc.. so I'm curious to know if anyone knows of a good architect in Austin that specializes in modern remodels. 

The right idea is to combine those methods (and more) into a complete marketing strategy.One issue that affects all this is competition.

Looking to get involved with more wholesalers to do more sales volume on or off market.I use a highly effective combination of networking, advertising, and marketing and have thousands of buyers for the SWFL market.

Maybe take out a personal loan or a combination of these things.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon however.Problem: Owner brought lot next to property and combined the porperties in 2012.
